Headquartered in Singapore with presence in the United States and Indonesia, Straits Financial serves as the financial services arm of the CWT Group, a global leading provider of integrated logistics and financial services. We provide a fully-integrated service for our clients to access the financial and commodity derivative markets and will continue to expand into key financial and commodity markets.


We are seeking a talented and versatile Multimedia & Graphic Designer to join our fast-paced marketing team within the trading and brokerage industry. This role is ideal for a creative self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments and can translate business needs into impactful visual content across multiple channels.


As a key member of the Marketing Department, you will play a critical role in elevating the company’s brand presence, engaging our B2C audience, and driving customer acquisition through compelling design and multimedia content. Your work will span from digital campaigns to social media, websites, product launches, and offline marketing materials.


This position reports to Marketing Manager.


Key Responsibilities


  • Create engaging digital and print assets, including banners, EDMs, landing pages, social media visuals, outdoor advertisements, campaign collaterals, and more, ensuring each piece drives user engagement and contributes to brand visibility.

  • Edit and produce high-quality short-form videos, motion graphics, and social media reels that enhance brand storytelling, drive awareness, and captivate target audiences across platforms.

  • Translate marketing briefs into innovative visual concepts that not only align with campaign goals but also maintain a consistent and compelling brand voice across every channel and medium.

  • Ensure all designs effectively reflect and strengthen the brand identity, weaving core brand elements—such as color palettes, typography, tone, and positioning—seamlessly into every creative output.

  • Develop visually impactful and market-relevant designs that are optimized to attract and retain retail clients, particularly in competitive and fast-evolving trading and investment markets.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to understand strategic objectives and deliver creative solutions that support broader business goals.

  • Maintain brand consistency across all design work while actively researching and applying emerging design trends to keep visual communication modern, appealing, and relevant to the B2C retail audience.

  • Manage multiple design projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high standards of quality and timely delivery under tight deadlines.


Requirements

You should possess the following:

  • Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, Animation, or related field.

  • Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on design experience, preferably in B2C industries such as fintech, e-commerce, or fast-moving tech environments.

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Canva, CapCut, or similar tools. Experience with video editing and animation is a strong plus.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to translate concepts into compelling visuals.

  • Proactive, highly organized, adaptable, with a positive and collaborative attitude. Able to take feedback constructively and deliver under pressure.

  • Interest or prior experience in the financial or trading industry is advantageous.
