  • Position & Risk Management

Actively manage trading positions within agreed risk parameters, working closely with team members to monitor exposure and implement appropriate hedging strategies.

  • P&L Responsibility (Individual & Team Level)

Contribute to trading P&L with accountability at both an individual and team level, working collaboratively to optimize overall desk performance and risk-adjusted returns.

  • Trade Execution & Controls

Ensure accurate trade booking, confirmations, and daily reconciliation of positions and P&L in coordination with operations and risk teams.

What We’re Looking For

  • A strong team player who contributes actively to shared trading objectives.

  • Experience managing live market risk within a collaborative trading environment.

  • Sound judgement under pressure and the ability to balance speed with discipline.

  • A commercial mindset with accountability for collective outcomes rather than individual silos.
