The annual Townhall held on 17 January 2026, was successfully conducted, bringing together colleagues across the Straits Financial Group for an afternoon of meaningful engagement and alignment. The presentations provided valuable insights into business performance and shared commitment across the Group.
Following the Townhall, employees gathered for the Annual Dinner & Dance (D&D) event, themed “Superheroes.” The evening was filled with vibrant energy as colleagues embraced the theme with creative costumes, adding excitement and camaraderie to the celebration. Everyone enjoyed a wide variety of food and refreshments, along with engaging activities such as quizzes and a lucky draw, which further enriched the festive atmosphere.
Overall, the event was both productive and memorable, successfully combining informative discussions with celebration. It strengthened connections across entities and highlighted the strong teamwork and collective spirit that continue to drive the Group forward.
