The Forex Manager reports to the CEO in US and Group CEO in Singapore, oversees all elements and operations of the Retail Forex platform. Qualified candidate will have prior experience running a Forex trading desk and bringing a Forex trading platform to market.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance relationships with retail focus institutional partners, affiliates, and IB's, ensuring an excellent standard of service.

• Ensure prompt, professional, and efficient service to existing and potential clients.

• Establish, implement, and oversee all activities of the Retail FX department, including organizational and departmental policies, procedures, and objectives, conferring with board, management, and staff, as necessary.

• Ensure that the responsibilities of staff are accomplished to achieve business objectives. Drive initiatives that contribute to long-term operational excellence.

• Operate with regulatory inquiry and work closely with the compliance team to accomplish requirements.

• Manage and increase the effectiveness of all relevant operations and support services, including risk management through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.

Key Skills/Experience:

• At least 7+ years of experience in senior management function within a Regulated Forex Firm.

• Knowledge of, and experience in, Finance, Compliance, Risk Management and regulatory matters in a Regulated Forex firm.

• Knowledge of all operating functions of a Forex broker, especially in US markets.

• Experience with NFA and CFTC is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.

• Series 34 certificate is desired, or obtain within three months.

• Strong management and organizational skills.

• Proven experience in leading complex teams both virtually and directly.

• Proven ability to deliver work in a timely manner within a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
